The participating museums can submit project proposals twice a year. The deadlines are March 31 and September 30. The funding guidelines indicate the range of possibilities. We are particularly interested in new curatorial and theo­retical approaches and thematic areas with an affinity to the collection idea of Peter and Irene Ludwig, refining and devel­oping it for the demands of the future. We are espe­cially keen to support coop­eration projects between the insti­tutions associated with the Ludwig Collection. Undertakings like these are very much in the spirit of the two collectors, strengt­hening ideas of networking and under­standing while bringing together works from the Collection’s holdings which otherwise remain far apart from one another.
